SAFECOAT Polyester is a transparent film with a resin adhesive. It must not be used where a high level of UV is present and is not suitable for clear glass applications. It is, however, ideal for mirror backing.

SAFECOAT Polyester has proved to be compatible with a wide range of mirror paints.
It has been subjected to salt spray and humidity tests which have shown a life expectancy of up to 15 years.

SAFECOAT Polyester is fully moisture resistant and is ideally suited to replacing aluminium foil in bathrooms and other humid conditions.

SAFECOAT Polyester has been tested to BS6206 Category B and Category C.
